Repair of fuel tanks.
On the basis of our authorisation no UC-09-90-N/3-12 we provide comprehensive services for maintenance and repair of tanks. These include, among others, works related to: elimination of tank leaks by welding, construction of reinforcements (such as struts and rings). We also equip the tanks with the necessary fittings, i.e., overflow valves and breather valves.
The second floor in vertical tanks – fuel base.
The construction of the second floor in the vertical ground storage tanks is carried out similarly as in our ZET "Alupłaszcz" system in underground tanks. The shell is made of a combination of aluminium-resin composite and electro-conductive coating applied at the bottom and the side walls of the tank up to a height of 1 meter. Thus prepared space between floors prevents the petroleum products from penetrating into the ground, as the tank is fitted with an electronic monitoring system which distinguishes between the types of leaks (water/product). To increase operational safety, we also coat the entire inner surface of the modernised tank with paint that discharges any static electricity. |
The second wall to create free space between the shells and floors – fuel stations second shell.
System ZET "Alupłaszcz" is an awarded and patented service developed as an alternative to the installation of new fuel tanks. It involves the construction of a second shell in a single-shell tank intended for the storage of liquid products. The shell is made of a combination of aluminium-resin composite and electro-conductive coating. Tanks are equipped with an electronic monitoring system which distinguishes between the types of leaks (water/product).
Innowacyjność produktu:
- Product innovation: use of aluminium sheets as a second shell in the tanks, which significantly extends the life of the tank.
- Optional construction of a metallic (aluminium) surface inside the tank. The inner aluminium coating is an excellent electrical conductor and thus enables perfect discharge of static electricity. This greatly improves the safety of the fuel tank operation.
- Before constructing the second shell, the entire outer steel surface of the tank is strengthened by cladding it a laminate reinforced with glass mat. This greatly extends the life of the external tank.
- The technology used allows us to construct the second shell in tanks coated on the inside with laminate, without having to remove the coating, which allows for easy repair of the tank even if the outer shell is not tight, without having to tear off the entire inner shell.
- The use of liquid sensors to monitor the space between the shells. The sensors are compatible with various electronic control units made by top manufacturers of inventory level measurement systems. This solution does not require the use of a separate control unit for leak sensors.
